Born and raised in Massachusetts, Leah’s early years were shaped by New England’s landscapes, which she captured through drawing and painting. Her curiosity about the intersection of art and the built environment naturally led her to architecture, where she could translate observation into design.
After earning her degree in Architecture from Hobart & William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY, Leah began her career in Vermont and Massachusetts, where her experience spanned a range of projects, from energy-efficient upgrades on historic buildings to ski resorts to one of her favorites, the Alchemist Brewery in Stowe, Vermont. Since moving west in 2014, she has been practicing the art of thoughtful siting, design, and celebration of the beautiful Colorado mountains through architecture.
Leah brings a disciplined, collaborative approach to architectural problem-solving. She oversees the development and coordination of projects, ensuring design intent is realized from concept through construction while maintaining clarity, precision, and attention to detail. She cultivates a collaborative environment among teams and clients, guiding projects with both creativity and technical precision.
Outside the studio, Leah can often be found exploring with her husband and their border collie mix, combining her love of nature and design with the rhythms of everyday life.
